Dr. Justice Otchere
Dr. Otchere is board-certified with the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AAPMR), ABPM eligible, a member of the American Medical Association (AMA), and fellowship-trained in advanced interventional spine procedures and sports medicine at OSS Health. He completed his medical education and residency training at Loma Linda University in California.
The goal in his practice is restoring function using advanced interventional procedures with fluoroscopy and ultrasound guidance, electrophysiology (NCS/EMG), regenerative medicine, musculoskeletal medicine, pain management, a holistic approach, and rehabilitation. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Princess and 3 beautiful children.

Dr. Grossman has called Fresno his home, and he has been providing Interventional Pain and Spine care to the Central Valley since 2008. He is Board-Certified in both Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and in Interventional Pain Management. He truly emphasizes a patient-first approach, focusing on educating his patients of their conditions, as well as to what treatment options exist for them. He believes that while it is not for him to tell his patients what to do, it is for him to educate his patients so that they can then make well-informed treatment decisions. He also believes strongly in providing superior quality Interventional Pain treatments that contribute to patients’ recovery of function, and their return to the best quality of life that they can achieve.

Darnell Fisher, LCSW
Darnell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working with vulnerable populations, communities, and systems. Darnell received his bachelor's degree in social work from California State University, Fresno, where he was a Ronald E. McNair scholar and received the Dean’s Medalist award. Darnell received his Master of Social Work degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he was a School of Social Work Fellowship recipient.
Darnell has experience working in community organizing, youth and adult substance abuse prevention and intervention, healthcare, education and mental health. He has a passion for working with vulnerable populations and for developing efficient and equitable systems that meet the needs of the populations it serves. He is also an active husband, father, and advocate within the Fresno community for access to quality services for all community members.

Rosy Sanchez, LCSW
Rosy is a bilingual clinician at who provides services in both English and Spanish. With over 10 years of experience, she has supported individuals navigating life transitions, stress, and emotional challenges. In 2014, Rosy earned her undergraduate degree in Social Work from California State University, Fresno, and in 2016, she earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from California State University, Bakersfield.
Rosy utilizes a client-centered approach grounded in evidence-based interventions and provides psychoeducation to promote mental health and overall wellness. Her therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to support emotional wellness and resilience. She is committed to creating a compassionate, safe, and supportive space where patients feel heard, empowered, and supported throughout their healing journey.

Shinoba Pennywell, ACSW
Shinoba is an Associate Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree, currently practicing under clinical supervision and working toward independent licensure. Her experience includes conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, formulating diagnoses, and developing and implementing individualized treatment plans across diverse populations.
Shinoba provides evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and trauma-informed care. Her areas of focus include mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and psychosocial stressors associated with life transitions and systemic inequities.
She has experience working in multidisciplinary settings, collaborating with medical and behavioral health professionals to ensure continuity of care. Her approach is grounded in clinical best practices, ethical standards, and culturally responsive care, with an emphasis on measurable outcomes and client stabilization. Shinoba is committed to maintaining professional competence through ongoing training and supervision, and delivering high-quality, data informed behavioral health services.
